Sometimes shortened to simply 'V.G.T.'.

Vice Grip Throttle was formerly called 'Fuzzhawg', or 'Fuzzhog'.

The band had a good run with lots of shows and a full-length self-recorded album. They were getting ready for the next album, working with Shawn 'Clown' Crahan (Slipknot) for a possible one album deal. Things fell apart in studio, as Clown was dealing with family issues and other events. The recording was scrapped.
