The project is also known as PRSMS + PRTLS.

Prisms & Portals was formerly called 'Ren Etsil'.

The 'Electrøccult' EP (2012) was mastered by Matt Sepanic (Sound Farm, Sonic Factory). All music (guitars, keyboards, drums & programming), recording, mixing & artwork by Shaun Riekena. Scott Lemon (Wreckage Of The Modern City) provides vocals on the track 'This New Power'.

On 'The Fossil Lights' (2015), mastering was done by Matt Sepanic at The Sonic Factory Recording Studio in Des Moines, IA. All music was written, recorded and mixed by Shaun Riekena (except 'Outer Depths / Inner Reaches', mixed by Matt Sepanic). Additional atmospheric guitars in 'The Fossil Lights' by Todd Riekena.
