Even though 'The Fallen' and the later band 'Bartyr In Blood' share three common members, there is no connection between them.

Ben Murphy: "The Fallen came 1st... we were a band for about a year, then the drummer and bassist quit... so Eric, Dennis and myself searched for a new drummer and bassist... changed our name to Bartyr In Blood... changed our sound and got a lil heavier/thrashier."
